The Moscow School District Kindergarten Philosophy Statement reads, “The kindergarten experience is designed to provide for a successful transition into the public school program. To facilitate a more successful transition, we recognize the importance of frequent home and school communications. The opportunities for parents to be involved in school activities are encouraged."
